During his visit, Putin is expected to hold a bilateral meeting with Turkmenistan President Serdar Berdimuhamedov. The discussion between the two leaders is anticipated to focus on strengthening bilateral relations and exploring areas of mutual interest. This visit underscores the ongoing high-level engagement and diplomatic consultations between Russia and Turkmenistan.

In addition to President Putin, the summits will be attended by several other prominent leaders, including Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian, Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov, Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, and Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev. Their participation highlights the significance of these meetings for regional collaboration.
